INTERTERMINAL – 1S: SECURE STORAGE

Group of companies Interterminal has successfully completed the implementation of the software 1S: Secure Storage for its own refrigerated warehouse, a component of a transport and logistics complex Interterminal-Predportovy.

The information product is a proprietary product of the Company IT specialists and is created based on the platform 1S: Enterprise 8. The project of replacement the existing software of stock control was due to the desire of the Company to introduce and use the newest information technologies. Use of the new software system will have a positive impact on improving the quality of interaction with the customers and the transparency of warehouse in-house operations. An additional motivation for the creation and implementation of the new information product in the field of responsible storage are high intra-corporate quality standards of services provision to the clients.

The need to develop the proprietary software complex was dictated by a small number of similar products in the software market and the complexity of adapting these products to existing business processes of the enterprise.

The software complex has a convenient and intuitively understandable interface, the possibility to be quickly installed at new operator places, is easy to be learnt. The open configuration code allows to perform the optimization and upgrading of the software system.

The configuration 1S: Secure Storage allows to perform accounting of the goods in responsible storage, and manage the main warehouse operations: acceptance, placement, selection, shipping, internal warehouse movements, partial or complete inventory, preparation and automatic delivery of analytical reporting for the employees and clients. The software complex provides a pallet and a non-pallet accounting of the weight and piece goods.

Due to the configuration 1S: Secure Storage warehouse managers received the possibility to monitor in real time the status of refrigerated warehouse utilization; the intensity of the goods turnover experienced an increase; financial documents turnover became easier.

Interterminal-Predportovy – multifunctional transport and logistics complex, which includes its own storage terminals of A and B classes. The complex is equipped with modern engineering and information systems, thereby providing high storage and accounting of goods of different nomenclature.
